Everyone is searching for something, but most of us don’t know what it is. Before I started practising Transcendental meditation I was looking for satisfaction in transient superficial pleasures. This led me to nothingness. We all know the feeling, when that job you do isn’t worth getting up for, that new purchase you've made gives you no nutrition and leaves you wanting more. You feel lost.
After practising “TM” for several months everything has substance. It's a hard phenomena to put into words. Worry and stress are but a butterfly in my mind, flickering out in an instance. My dissatisfaction with the transient materialistic elements of my life have now been replaced with a greater appreciation of everything true and pure.
I can't be lost, nothing can be lost, on a well worn path. –Paul Gowers
